The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
A draft of the supplementary agreement between the Southern Greyhound & Sports Coy Ltd. which was drawn up by Messrs. Exham Soli. was read to the meeting & on the advice of Messrs Exham it was agreed to submit same to Council for his opinion.
The Secretary read the estimated accounts for the year ending 31st Dec.1929.

It was decided to instruct Messrs Exham Soli. to forward same to the Solicitors acting for The Southern Grey Hound & Sports Coy Ltd. for their approval.
