The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.

On the motion of Mr. Twomey seconded by Mr. Desmond the following cheques were recommended to General Committee:-

Maurice Moore £5.0.0   D.P. Crowley £3.0.0    Eustace Boy£20.0.0;  Rates £39-0-6; Cork Corporation £37-10-0, R. Day & Son£7-0-0 , Morrissey £2-15-0; J.T. Wood £2-11-6, Wm. McBride £5-15-0; Michael  Lynch £3-4-0; Monster Typewriting Co. £2-16-13; Michael Galvin £24-2-0 , Bradley’s £10, Miss Vangham £5.16.8. J. Byrne Salary £22.10.0, Petty Cash £25.0.0, Wages £60

It was decided to pay the prize money  for stallions at the Spring Show of 1928, as recommended by the show committee.

On the motion of Mr. E.J. Clarke, seconded by Mr. J. Henderson, the sum of £90, being the estimated cases of painting the exterior of portion of the building and erecting about ≥80 lineal feet  of shorts ,the work to be done by direct labour.

A letter was read from Mr.Arther R Vincent  Stating he could not accept the Committee’s invitation  to judge Kerries  at the forthcoming Summer Show. The Secretary was instructed to write to the Kerry Cattle Socy. for a list of all judges.

                              The secretary was instructed to write to the adjutant of Collins  Barracks accept the tender of No.2 Army band to perform  at the show  for two afternoons  for the sum of £20-14-0
