Meeting of the Finance Committee held Saturday, November 15th 1930, Mr. Wm. Roberts in the chair also present Messrs. Timothy O’Sullivan, J. Barrett, A.H. Moore, W. Desmond, M. Twomey and J. Henderson
The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
On the motion of Mr. J. Barrett seconded by Mr. Desmond the following cheques were recommended to the General Meeting :-
Miss Vangham £5=16=8 Salary £22-10-0
Petty Cash £ 25=0=0 Hicky Co. £20=0=0
Post-master General £6=19=10
D. Murphy £9=16=0
The Secretary was given permission to lay down the concrete platform for the purpose of washing Messrs. Carried out by Messrs. Fords. And further permission was granted to the Secretary to erect shoots on the Shed know as the sheep shed both items were passed on the motion of Mr. A.H.Moore seconded by Mr. J.O’sullivan.
The Secretary read a repast on some new works & the proposed building fn. The Departments exhibit & it was decided to defer construction of same until the Committee visited the grounds.
