The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
On the motion of Mr. T. O’Sullivan seconded by Mr. M. Twomey the following cheques were recommended to the General Committee.

Messrs. Exham & Sons Law Advisors £25 being the Southern Greyhound & Sports Coy’s portion of costs which was paid by the latter to the Society.
It was decided to leave the valuing of scrap lead & Corrugated iron to Mr. Wm. Roberts & the Secretary to dispose of same at the price put on it by Mr. Roberts.
On the motion of Mr. Desmond seconded by Mr. Henderson permission was given to the Secretary to put a concrete foot path in front of the presentation Box Stalls at a cost of £20-0-0
