Meeting of the Show Committee held Saturday 15th Nov. 1930. Mr. Wm. Roberts ,Messrs. T. O’Sullivan, J. Barrett ,W. Desmond, M. Twomey ,D. Ross, A.H. Moore, and J. Daly
1931 .On the same terms & conditions as the last year.
Permission was given to Messrs. Marsh to have this sale under the auspices of the Society on the same terms as this year.

Meeting of the Show Committee held Saturday 15th Nov. 1930. Mr. Wm. Roberts ,Messrs. T. O’Sullivan, J. Barrett ,W. Desmond, M. Twomey ,D. Ross, A.H. Moore, and J. Daly
The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
A communication was read from the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture acknowledging the receipt of the Society’s application for an increase grant towards the prizes to be offered in a new class for Bulls of the Shorthorn type the forthcoming Spring Show Sale.
With regard to Messrs. Marsh Sons auctioneers to the Society it was decided to invite a representative of this firm to a meeting of the Show Committee with a view to discussing with him matters relating to the forthcoming Spring Show sale.
On the motion of Mr. T. O’Sullivan seconded by Mr. M. Twomey the Secretary was instructed to write ( subject to the approval of Mr. Coresident Capt. T.A. Clarke) to J. Barnes.
Asking him to judge Short-horns at the Spring Show sale 1931.
And on the proposition of Mr. Wm. Desmond and seconded by Mr. D. Ross, it was decided to ask Major H.D. Beamish to judge through thoroughbred stallions at the Show and Sale.
