The minutes of the last meeting were read and signed.
A letter was read from Mr. L.Dobbin thanking the Committee for the vote of condolence passed to him on the dealt of his mother and the Secretary was instructed to insert same in the Minutes:-‘’Konckrea Park,Douglas Rd. Cork. Dear Mr. Byrne ,very many thanks for your letter.Please convey to your Committee and members my sincere thanks for their kind sympathy with me on the dealt of my mother.

A letter was read from Messrs. Spillers consenting to bench the Dogs at a cost of 6d. per Dog. It was decided to recommend accepting the tender of Messrs. Spillers.
The secretary was instructed to write and ask the following to judge:-
Terries :- Sam Warburton, Northfield Kennels, Oakenshaw, Bradford.
And failing him to ask Mr. H.H. Wilson.
All round Judge – H. Hogarth ,
And failing him ,Mr. E.J. Onions.
The Secretary was further directed to write to the Alsatian Club asking them to nominate a Judge and to know if they were willing, as heretofore ,to pay half the expenses of the Judge.
