The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
In connection with the staging of exhibits at the forthcoming Summer Show, the Secretary was instructed to stage same in the Hall, in which they were already staged at previous Shows, and also in the Dairy Shed in the Quadrangle.
The following were appointed Stewards :- Mrs. Tuckey, Mrs. Clarke ,Miss French ,Miss Mathews, and Miss Tucker. The general arrangements in connection with the section of the Show were then gone into.
