Meeting of the General Committee held on Saturday, 19th August, 1939, with Mr. N. Hayes in the chair, also present Ald. W. Desmond, commander W.R Hodder, Messrs T. Sullivan, A.H. Moore, J.O'Regan, D. Cronin, A.Mullins, E.J. Cussen, H.Twomey, J.D. Sheedy, R. Ellis, H.S. Hayes, W. Richardson, M.Ryan, and M. Twomey.

 

The minutes of the last meeting were read and signed. 

Letters acknowledging votes of condolence passed at the last meeting were read from. 

Mrs. JC Dowdall, Mr T.F Dowdall; & Mrs A.H. Roberts, on the motion of Ald. Desmond, seconded by Mr. O'Regan, the secretary was instructed to insert same on the minutes.
