Hounds & Pets Subcommittee
The Hounds & Pets Subcommittee plays a key role in organizing and overseeing the hound and pet-related competitions at the Cork Summer Show. This subcommittee is dedicated to showcasing the beauty, skill, and companionship of various dog breeds, as well as other beloved pets. From hound competitions to pet shows, this section of the show highlights the diversity and bond between humans and their animals.
The subcommittee is responsible for:
- Organizing hound and pet competitions, including breed shows, agility trials, and fun pet contests.
- Coordinating with exhibitors, judges, and participants to ensure the smooth running of events.
- Promoting the health, training, and welfare of pets and hounds.
- Engaging the public through educational exhibits and demonstrations, focusing on responsible pet ownership.
Providing an enjoyable and engaging experience for pet owners and visitors alike.
