The Marketing & Administration team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and public outreach of the Munster Agricultural Society. This team is responsible for promoting the society’s events, coordinating communications, and handling the administrative aspects that support the society’s ongoing activities and growth. They work behind the scenes to ensure that the society’s message reaches the community and that all logistical elements are in place for a successful show and other events.
The subcommittee is responsible for:
- Marketing and Promotion: Developing and executing strategies to promote events like the Cork Summer Show, Dinner Dance, and other society activities through digital and traditional media channels.
- Communications: Managing internal and external communications, ensuring the society’s message is clear, consistent, and reaches the right audience.
- Administrative Support: Overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the society running, including handling inquiries, processing event registrations, and coordinating logistics for various committees.
- Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of major events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining relationships with sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and the community to foster growth and involvement.
