C. Gerard Murphy is an experienced accountant with over 20 years of expertise in business development, working with an independent accountancy firm. A long-standing member of the Munster Agricultural Society (MAS), Gerard plays a pivotal role in its leadership and activities.
As President and Chairperson of the MAS Board of Directors, Gerard leads the society with a focus on fostering growth and innovation. He is an active member of the Arts, Crafts & Cookery Subcommittee and the Munster Dairy School & Agricultural Institute Subcommittee, contributing to the society’s diverse initiatives.
In addition to his work with MAS, Gerard is an active member of Show Jumping Ireland, reflecting his deep connection to agriculture, equestrianism, and community engagement.
