Read minutes of meeting of 6th and 10th into, which were confirmed.
Mr Hueade reported that in reply to the circular motion and other then the promises recieved of donations to the Show Fund, which amounted to £130. The Show Committee therefore considered they might proceed to issue the prize list and hold the show as proposed on Thursday and Friday the 8th & 9th of July. The proposal having been seconded was agreed to.
The suggestion of Show Committee to grant £10 additional to Dog Show Committee if they collected £50, was agreed to as was the arrangement.
The question of entrance fees for horses having been considered it was agreed that the fees be reduced 15%.

Read letter from Capt, regretting he could not meet the wishes of the Committee.
Read letter from R Heather thus offering to £12 which was accepted.
