Doctor Sullivan proposed and Mr Meade seconded the election of Professor Keating, College, Cork as a member.
Read letter of 10th, Nov. from Mr R Hayes conveying the thanks of Mr J Hayes & family to the committee for the resolution of sympathy.
Read letter of the 9th, Nov. from Corn exchange stating that the committee should in future pay £10 per annum for use of the premises occupied. The subject having been discussed was inducted to communicate to the committee and ask them to accept £10 as annual rent
Read letter from 12th, Nov. from Irish Pure Butter trade association thanking the committee for thier donation of £1-1-0 to the association funds-
Mr R Nates on 'Winter Dairying' having been taken as read were very fully discussed by the members and the questions raised having been replied to by Mr. Nates. Mr W.H Navy proposed and Mr Kergie seconded a vote of thanks to Mr Nates for the suggestions contained in the paper.
On the suggestion of Mr Meade it was decided to postpone the next meeting until 5th, February.
