L.A Beamish in behalf of the Butter Bill's Sub Committee stated that the committee had copies of the Bill's now before Parliament, before them, and they suggested certain alterations and additions, which if adopted would secure the support of the Society. The committee had taken Mr. Lanes Bill as their basis; and Mr Neamish read the amendments which the committee proposed showed he made in the Bill. 

The Bill as amended having been considered, it was on the motion of Co. Sullivan, seconded by Mr French, decided, to adopt the Bill as now submitted. 

On the motion of Mr Neamish it was decided to submit the amended bill to Mr Lane for his approval. 

The question as to whether the society should hold a show this year having been discussed, it was on the motion of Mr Baxter, seconded by Mr Gallaway, resolved that a show be held. 

The subject of funds necessary for carrying out the show having been considered it was on the motion of Mr French, seconded by Mr Hare, decided, that circulars be sent to former committees to show funds and all members of the society soliciting considerations. 

The following questions were on the motion of Mr Hare, seconded by Mr Neamish, appointed a sub committee to carry out the show arrangements.

Mr George Walter, Crossheaven, Co. Cork was proposed Mr Reid, and seconded by Mr Reid for election as a member of the Society.
