The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Mr. Cummins, Mr. Hickey, Mr. Geroge Heard, Mr. Hawke & Mr. Fowler having been proposed and seconded at a former meeting of the society were elected as members.
Mr. George Heard, Woodhill, Cork, was proposed by Mr. Mackensie and seconded by Mr. Ferguson as member of the society.
The secretary stated that the cost of the show so far was £796.
Receipts and Donations; £683
Showing a deficit of £113 with £248 last year.
On the motion of Mr. Meade seconded by Mr. Ferguson it was decided that at the next monthly meeting of the society, they should consider what show it would be advisable to hold in the coming year.
The following cheques were passed.
