Meeting of the General Committee dated June 30th, 1888, with the President in the Chair

Present:
 

The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. 

Mr. James and Howe, Mr. Patrick Govney, and Mr. Turney, having been proposed and seconded at a former meeting of the society were duly elected members. 

The following were proposed as members of the society, Mr. Thomas, proposed by Mr. Garfit, seconded by Mr. Mckensie, Mr. Hickey, proposed by Mr. Meade, seconded by Mr. L.A Beamish, Mr. Hawke, proposed by Mr. McKensie, seconded by Capt Shopford, Mr. Eugene, proposed by Mr. Garfit, seconded by Capt Shopford. 

On the motion of Mr. Meade, it was decided that the next monthly meeting of the society be held on Wednesday the 14th next. 

Cheque for £100 in favour of the Secretary for shoe expenses was passed.
