The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

The following gentlemen having been proposed and seconded at a former meeting of the society were elected members, G. Leddie, H. Sundays Well Road, Cork, John Morrison, Knockalisheen, Cork, Maurice Murray, Beach Hill, Cork, Hugh Martin, Cork.

Read letter from secretary of Butter Market trustees stating that as a large section of the trustees expired in the present month and their successors would not be appointed until next month our application for a donation towards the show was put back until then.

The following resolution proposed by Mr. Beamish and seconded by Mr. Gallaway was after considerable discussion rejected by 10 votes to 7, '' that in the interest of Munster Agricultural Dairy School, it was desirable that the condition which resrticts membership of the committee to members of the Co. Cork Agricultural Society be abolished.''

The secretary was directed to write to the Royal Dublin Society and endeavor to ascertain what, if any assistance that society proposed giving towards the show.

On the motion of Mr. Warren, Captain Woodley's name was added to the Show Committee.
