The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
On the motion of Mr. Meade it was decided that the general meeting of the society be held on Saturday 16th March at 2 o clock.
The secretary read the report which was adopted on the motion of Mr. Ferguson seconded by Mr. Foster.
On the motion of Mr. Ferguson seconded by Col. Heard it was decided that Professor Hart be re-appointed seed analyst for the coming year.
The following gentlemen were proposed and seconded to be submitted to the general meeting to fill the vacancies in the committee caused by the retirement of the eight worst attending members.
