The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
On the motion of Mr. Garfit the prize list as drawn up by show committee was approved of and the secretary was directed to have them printed and issued to the public.
It was proposed by Mr. Beamish and seconded by Mr. Bryne and unanimously resolved. ''that the committee of the Munster Dairy School shall have the power to recommend to the Horticultural Society. Subscribers to the Munster Dairy School not being members of the Agricultural Society as members of the committee of Munster Dairy School their number not to exceed one fourth of the committee. Which committee shall not consist of more than 28 elected members.''
On the motion of Col. Sullivan seconded by Mr. Barry it was decided to readdress the showing rule with reference to the Dairy School Committee.
Mr. Power, Wood Leaf, was proposed by Mr. Roberts and seconded by Mr. MacKensie as member of the society.
Read letter from the Butter Market Trustees giving donation of £5 towards show.
