Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Read letter from Secretary, Corn Exchange, acknowledging receipt of resolution passed at former meeting.
On the motion of Mr. Meade seconded by Mr. Ahern, it was resolved that the show committee be the same as last year with power to add to their number and that a copy of the show committee and general committee be sent to the trustees.
Mr. Bird's amendment that the show committee be non-definites be appointed was defeated by 15 votes to 11.
The following gentlemen having been proposed and seconded at a former meeting of the society were elected members Mr. Ahern and Major Shackwell.
On the motion of Mr. W.R Meade, it was decided that the show committee should meet on next Saturday to consider the prize list.
