The following gentlemen were added to the show committee, Sir George Lothurst, Mr. Jones, and P. Gallaway.
The consideration of the prize list was then taken up when the following alterations and additions to last years list were made, Class C, sections 2+3, first prize was increased by £5, Farmers class sections 1 & 2 & 3, first prize was increased by £1, a class was added for the best pens of 3 ram lambs and of 5 give last of any breed prizes £2 & £1.

The members of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
The following gentlemen were proposed and seconded as members of the society, Mr. John Downey, Fermoy, proposed by Mr. James Byrne and seconded by Mr. J. Ahern, Mr. James Hickey, proposed by J. Byrne and seconded by Mr. Ahern.
The prize list as arranged by the show committee was then submitted when the following alterations were made the prizes for Dairy Cattle were measured at £10, £5, and £2, a class was added for the best appointed horse outside Hackney Horse show, prizes £3 and £2.
