The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Mr. John Russell having been proposed and seconded at a former meeting of the society was elected member.
Mr. Aldwin, Killeagh, was proposed by Mr. Garfit, and seconded by Mr. Byrne as a member of the society.
On the motion of Mr. Bird seconded by Capt. Woodley, it was decided that the suggestion of the show committees to give the secretary a bonus of £10 be adopted.
On the motion of Mr. James Byrne, it was decided to ask Mr. Shaw of Limerick to read a paper on mice at the October meeting.
Mr. W.R Meade gave notice that at the next meeting he would resign his part as Hon Sec and that he would propose that his part be given to Mr. H.A Beamish.
Capt. Woodley gave notice that at the next meeting he would move that in the future any Horse who did not parade when ordered to do so by the stewards should forfeit his prize money and deposit fee.
