The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Read letter from Mr. Balfour ack. receipt of resolution.
Read letter from secretary Munster Dairy School, announcing with reference to remarks made by him at a former meeting about the Pig trade.
Mr. W.H Beamish announced that Mr. Sullivan intended on giving a perpetual challenge cup for shorthorns on the motion of Mr. Gallaway and seconded by Mr. R Good, a vote of thanks was unanimously passed which the secretary was directed to convey to Mr. Sullivan.
It was decided to hold the annual show on the 9th of July and the secretary was directed to write to the trustees and ask for the use of the yard on those days mentioning at the same time that parts of the yard would as usual be required about 3 weeks before show.
Mr. Garfit was appointed audition.
Read letter from the Sheep Breeders Association offering a prize of £5 for the best ram of any age.
