Read letter from Mr. Daly secretary to Race committee stating that the committee would be happy to give the society the use of their premises for which they would charge £25 and that they would give a donation of £10 toward the show fund, on the motion of Sir. George Lothurst, seconded by Capt. Newenham, a vote of thanks to the race committee was unanimously adopted.
On the motion of Sir George Lothurst, seconded by Capt. Newenham, a committee of the following gentlemen was approved to confer with Misses O'Flynn, Mr. Hayes, Mr. O'Donovon, Mr. Warren, Mr. J Bird, Mr. A Ferguson, and Gen. Davies.
Sir George Lothurst was empowered to write to Lord Coventry and if possible secure their services as Horse judges.
Mr. Daly Murry was proposed by Capt. Newenham as a member of the society.
