The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
The following gentlemen having been proposed at a former meeting of the society were elected members, Mr. Russell, W.P Hall, S. Conroy.
The following gentlemen were proposed and seconded as members of the society, H. Exham, proposed by A.G Warren and seconded by Capt. Woodley, J. Atcheson, Whites Cross Cork, proposed by J. Morrison, seconded by J. Henderson, W. Jack, proposed by H. Good, seconded by J. Henderson, Richard C Harold, Jerome Dorgan, Sundays Well, Cork, J. Donovon, Shanvale, Clonakilty, proposed by W. Roberts, seconded by Capt. Woodley, G. Sisk, proposed by J. Bird, seconded by L.H Beamish.
The memorandum of agreement between Limited Company and the society was adopted.
The report to be submitted to the General Meeting was read and adopted.
