The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed .
On the motion of Mr. F.G.Hayes seconded by D.Ross the following cheques were passed :-

Petty Cash £25.0.0 Fire Insurance £45.2.0
John Woods oats 2.13.0 M.J. Bard agent

A letter was read from the Secretary of the Department of Agri replying to the nominations made on behalf of the Society for representation on the live stock breeding Consultative Council and pointing out that the Minister had appointed as a member of the Council Capt. T.A. Blake who had been duly notified of his appointment.
On the motion of Mr. J. O’Sullivan seconded by Mr. Mullins a vote of condolence was passed to the family of the Late Mr. Sheehan of Coachford.
Mr. Morrison proposed a vote of condolence to the widow of the Late Mr. W.F.H. Watson seconded by Mr. E.J. Clarke & passed in silence. Mr. O’Sullivan wished to be associated with it.
Vote of condolence was passed to Mrs. Stack on the death of her husband & to C.V. Good on the death of his brother. On the motion of Mr. Wm. Desmond seconded by Mr. W.A. Whitelegge & passed.
