The minutes of the last meeting was read & signed.
On the motion of Mr. P. Crowley seconded by Mr. J.J. O’Donoghue the following cheques were passed.

A letter was read from Mr. S. Graham regretting his inability to attend the meeting.
A letter was also read from the Lord Mayor (Std. S. French) inviting the Society to be represented at the Conference to be held on Tuesday 22nd Oct. at the Council Chamber Courthouse Cork to consider the proposal put forward by many influential Citizens of holding a successful exhibition in Cork in 1930.
On the motion of Mr. O’Sullivan seconded by Mr. Crowley it was decided the President & other members viz. Messrs. Wm. Roberts, J. O’Regan, J. Barrett, P. Crowley, A. Morrison, Hon. Sec. & the Secretary should represent the Society at the conference.
The Department of Lands & Agri wrote stating the statutory period of membership.
