Meeting of the Dog Show Committee held on Thursday , 7th January. 1932. Mr. L. Dobbin in the chair, also present Miss Patten ,Mrs. Fielding ,Mr. A.H. Shortt, and Dr. A. F. M. Mullane
Acknowledgements of the Society’s vote of sympathy were received from Mrs. A. Lynch , Clonsilla Co. Dublin , Mr. & Mrs. P.J. O’Connell , Killumney house , Ovens and Col. G.W. Hawkes and the Secretary was instructed to insert this in the minutes.
The following new members were elected :-

On the motion of Mr. T.G. Hayes seconded by Mr. P.J.Good the following cheques were passed:- Salary 22-10-0, Petty Cash £25, Miss Vangham 5-16-8

On the motion of Mr. S. Graham ,seconded by Mr. Wm. Roberts it was agreed to recommend to the annual General Meeting that, in future the Meeting known as the half-yearly General Meeting be not held.

The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
A letter was read from Mr. Sam Graham, stating that he would be pleased to accept the Committee’s invitation to act as Judge of terriers at our Show on the 29th June at the inclusive fee of 10 guineas. It was decided to accept Mr. Graham at this figure.
