The minutes of the last meeting were read & signed.
A vote of thanks was passed to Mrs. Fielding for kindly presenting a Cup in the Dog Section of the Show.
The following Stewards were appointed :- E.H. Lovell, A.H. Shortt and Mrs. O’Connor, Veterinary Surgeon’s Stewards ,C.H. Fielding and Mrs. Dobbin. It was decided to defer consideration of appointing further Stewards until the next meeting.
