Meeting of the Finance Committee held on Saturday, 15th June, 1940, with Mr. E.J. Clarke in the chair.
Present: Messrs J.Daly, J.O'Regan, J.Lehane, and A.Morrison, Hon Secretary.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and signed.
Letting of portion of Buildings - Grounds: The committee approved of the action of the President and Secretary reletting of portion of the buildings at show grounds for the storage of grain.
On the motion of Mr. T.O'Sullivan, seconded by Mr.N.Hayes, the following cheques were recommended for payment:-
